Boyfriend issues ??? opinions plsssssssss?

im so confused. im with a guy for 1 year n 6 months. ever since we started dating we only c eachother on fridays saturdays n sundays. n on public holiday. during the week we just dont c eachother. even tho we live 10mins away from each other. sometimes he msgs me n tells me he misses me but dat doesnt make sense if he did y doesnt he come to c me.... he tells me that his so inlove with me but all he doesnt make n effort to make me feel spacial, neva takes me out, nothing. im starting to wonder is i should let it go? i just dont know if i can im so in love with him im 19 his 22 :S any opinions will be appritiated xx
