How can I convince my Mom to get me a cell phone?

i got my first cell phone when i was 11 years old and i really dont like to brag bout it but my parents kinda do have money so that might be the reason they got me a cell phone.. the things that i did to try to convince my parents to get me a cell phone was ' my cousin who was 2 years younger than me had a cell phone' ... and i might need it in case a emergency and i need it for school and things like that.. my first phone was a touch screen and i have always had a touch screen.. i am actually upgrading my phone sometime here soon to the droid.. and one way your mom might get you a phone is if you say ' mom ill start off with a cheapy flip phone and ill pay for it every month' that would be a good idea.. i hope this helped.. good luck on getting a new phone! :)
