If Fred and Shirley Phelps is is heaven, are you going to complain?

I do not believe humans stay in heaven. After this earth we will live on a new earth. I like to think that everyone will be there after judgment and punishment. After all, God is just and I don't care how mean you are, eternal suffering just seems to be too harsh a punishment. They are sure to suffer for every pain they ever inflicted though.
