What's with the rovinlight at Matching Green?
At Matching Green (nr. Harlow, Es, UK) a Landrover drives around the countryside, late at night, shining a bright spotlight across the fields. There is no livestock there most of the time - just crops - sometimes just ploughed fields. So, what are they looking for?
