Me and my boyfriend are in a long-distance relationship, do you think i should tell him ive bought a vibrator?

we talk on skype a lot and he comes back to visit 2/3 times a month, should i tell him i've bought a vibrator? would he think it was weird, or like i was getting bored of him? i know some guys might get offended if their girlfriend bought a vibrator.
