Guitarists: How do you get the screaming harmonics like Dimebag Darrell?

I've got several Pantera tunes down but just can't seem to get the harmonic scream like Dime. I do a kick *** "Walk", would like to copy the screams like in Cemetary Gates, if ya play ya knows what I is tokin about!
