Is this Internet censorship, or what?

MSN can make their own rules, so it isn't violation of freedom of speech, simply because the government isn't declaring it. It's like not being allowed to say certain comments in the workplace, that isn't violating freedom of speech. It's only violating it if the government's denying it.
