Why isn't Michael Phelps wearing his team suit anymore?

I noticed yesterday that Michael wasn't wearing his USA one anymore even though he had worn it during the 4x100 relay. Does anyone know if something happened to it or is he wearing the half one because it makes him go faster. I'm just curious.
