Am I overeating/will this make me fat?

Idk theres sites online where you can put in your height and weight and it tells you how many calories you need to lose or maintain your weight. Although I dont see how 2500cals is gonna make you lose weight. If I were eating that many calories I would be eating cooked foods since im gonna gain it anyways. Why dont you try just eating a healthy balanced diet and since I dont know ur weight I cant give you a calorie estimate but on average to lose weight they say 1500cals for a women and 1800 for a male..on average
