Anyone living near Richford, VT! Help!?

We're looking for a house to rent somewhere around richford, vt. My husband just got a promotion and we need to find a place ASAP. And if you don't live around there, please refrain from looking at online newspapers, apartments.com, real estate co., etc. I've already done that and I don't need a bunch of copy-and-pastes.
