Car accident pain, what to do?

Dont wanna call 411 pain or need help hotlines, just want a quick and fast solution. I just have pain on my upper right back, it seems swollen and sore, the accident was 5 dayd sgo but for 2 days that areas has been hurting. Should I get an xray done? GO to ER? Apply ice, take pain killers, sleep or wait it off, help please. No apparent bruises just the pain cant roll my shoulder or it hurts but I can raise my arm just fine. Im in my early 20s no osteoporosis or idle age by the way.
