Which branch of government has more power?

Doing an essay on this topic. I know they're all "equal" but which do you think has more power? I'm thinking either the legislative (power of the purse) or judicial (judicial review), I'm trying not to do executive because I skimmed that chapter =P. So what do you think? Legislative will give me a lot more to talk about but judicial has such a considerable authority.
