What To Expect In A Courthouse Wedding?

Im Getting Married This April 23,2010 At The Downtown Fort Worth Court House. I Have A Gown That I Will Be Wearing And My Fiance Is Wearing A Tux. I Know You Have To Pay 60.00 For The Ceremony And 71.00 For The License. But Where/Who Do I Pay The 60.00 To??? I Have No Clue!!!! Two More Months And Im Nervous But Its Exciting. I Just Want To be Prepared To The Fullest!
