What YouTube video is this?

I remember seeing a YouTube video a few years back, and it was a cartoon. It was black and white and pretty morbid. (Warning: The next few things I say may not make ANY sense, but it's what I remember, so please try to work with it.) I think it was about a little boy, and I think it was a video series. In one video he applied l cream to his grandma or something. That's the most vivid part I remember. (Yes, I know what you're thinking.) It was really disturbing and hilarious at the same time, and I'd LOVE it if someone knew what I was talking about. Thanks for any and all help!
